The CALLY index: an immuno-inflammatory and nutritional index for predicting contrast induced nephropathy in patients with non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction

A lower CALLY index is independently associated with an increased risk of CIN in NSTEMI patients undergoing PCI. The CALLY index may serve as a tool for early risk stratification and targeted preventive strategies in this high-risk population.
