Multilingual Digital Search Behavior Reveals Cultural Disparities in Vitiligo Information Needs in Germany
Online search behavior reveals both shared and language-specific interests about vitiligo. Observed language patterns are hypothesis-generating and may reflect differences in information access, healthcare navigation, and language barriers rather than inherent cultural preferences. Language-specific patterns highlight the need for culturally sensitive communication, multilingual patient education, and inclusive care models in dermatology to promote health equity.
