Comparison of a TrachoSpray Device and Manual Lidocaine Spray on Hemodynamic Stability and Postoperative Sore Throat in Patients Undergoing Double-Lumen Tube Intubation: A Randomized Controlled Trial
TrachoSpray device and manual lidocaine spray improved hemodynamic stability in DLT-intubated patients; however, neither method resulted in a significant reduction in POST scores. Further research is needed to confirm these hemodynamic benefits and to explore potential effects on long-term outcomes.
