Research on Analysis and Control of Nonlinear Characteristics in Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valves
Introduction: Aiming at the nonlinear problems of dead zones and hysteresis loops existing in electro-hydraulic servo valves, the nonlinear characteristic analysis of electro-hydraulic servo valves and the research on their control methods are carried out. Methods: The effect of each factor in the hydraulic system on the dead zone and hysteresis is investigated. Based on fuzzy control theory, a fuzzy controller is proposed for the nonlinear compensation of dead time and hysteresis. results: The effect of the nonlinearity of dead zones and hysteresis on the dynamic characteristics of the system is analyzed through simulation. Through theoretical analysis and simulation, the applicability and effectiveness of the control effect of the fuzzy controller on the nonlinearity of dead zones and hysteresis in the electro-hydraulic servo valve are verified. Discussion: The results show that the fuzzy controller can effectively compensate for the nonlinear characteristics of dead zones and hysteresis, thereby improving the dynamic performance of the system. Conclusion: The research demonstrates the effectiveness of the fuzzy control method in addressing the nonlinear problems in electro-hydraulic servo valves, providing a feasible solution for practical applications.
