CODELCO Ontology Method (Open Science Replication Container)
This Zenodo deposition archives a sealed replication container for the “Ontology Method,” a schema-first research workflow that models institutional systems as layered control architectures and proceeds by linking ontology layers to measurable observables and traceable evidence. The container implements the canonical chain: Ontology Layer → Lens → Observable → Evidence → Artifact. Release v1.2 locks a deterministic Lens→Observable mapping by adding an explicit lens_code field (L01–L12) to the registers REG_Observables and REG_ObservableFileMap, eliminating heuristic substring matching. The release also standardizes container governance: a complete manifest, a reconciled command log, and a checksum list that verifies under standard tooling (sha256sum -c) by omitting the checksum-file self-entry. The package includes the program graph (DOT + PNG/SVG renders), all registers and schemas, governance files (LOCKPACK + release notes), and a patched manuscript (v0.3) documenting the deterministic linkage as a method contribution.
