A Systematic Statistical Survey of 1,522 Pulsars : Identifying Magnetospheric and Density Anomalies via Z-Score Filtering.

This independent survey utilizes the ATNF Pulsar Catalogue (v2.70) to map physical anomalies across 1,522 pulsars. By establishing a mathematical baseline (R^2=1.0) and applying a Z-score filtering framework,the study identifies high-sigma outliers, including an 11.41-sigma Alpha candidate (J0952-0607).The Results demonstrate a scalable , automated framework for prioritizing relativistic targets in large-scale astrophysical datbases like the Square Kilometre Array (SKA).
