Antes de la alteridad: la conciencia moral como agencia del valor en Romano Guardini
This work proposes a phenomenological reading of Romano Guardini's ethics, focusing on the relationship between moral conscience and value.Drawing on his Lessons on Ethics, it develops the notion of axiological agency, understood as the subject's capacity to respond to the interpretation of the good through an exercise of inner detachment. In contrast with approaches that reduce morality to alterity, it argues that ethical experience involves an original apprehension of values, both in their realization and in their absence. This perspective makes it possible to rethink the meaning of duty, freedom, and responsibility from a relational standpoint.
