Bio-Piezoelectric Resonance Interface (BPRI): A Theoretical Framework for Autonomous Organic Computing using Keratin-Quartz Coupling

This paper proposes a novel theoretical framework for an autonomous organic AI based on the piezoelectric coupling of Alpha-Keratin and Quartz (SiO2). Unlike conventional brain-computer interfaces that rely on metallic electrodes, the BPRI model describes a self-contained system where biological and mineral piezoelectric materials interact to produce neuron-like signal processing. By aligning material-specific resonance parameters with a physiological operating temperature of 310.15 K, the model predicts a fundamental operating frequency of 40.8 Hz, which corresponds to biological Gamma-band oscillations associated with conscious information binding. We present the mathematical derivation of the resonance frequency, the neuronal activation model based on circular charge propagation, and the geometric architecture at molecular level. An experimental validation pathway using quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) technology is proposed.
