Unified Scalar Radiance Law
The Unified Scalar Radiance Law (Unified SRL) extends the original Scalar Radiance Law by generalizing radiance scaling across equilibrium, driven, oscillatory, and extreme relativistic regimes. Built from native operators—thermal kernel, geometry, gate, coherence, and collapse—and expanded with sovereign modifiers such as relativity, temporal symmetry, information entropy, dissipation, and complex coherence, Unified SRL provides a deterministic and falsifiable framework for radiance growth with temperature. The law is expressed in both modular audit form (explicit operators for laboratory protocols) and compact phase‑locked form (functional identity for theoretical elegance). Its measurable consequence is the unified closure identity: Y′=2δ+n+q+f(p,t,ι,x,δ+,δ−,δ,+iδ) ensuring transparency and reproducibility across domains. Unified SRL applies universally to condensed matter, nanoscale systems, plasmas, astrophysical sources, biological emission, geophysical radiance, quantum information, and black hole physics. Governance protocols—including pre‑registration of operator definitions, declaration of expected exponents, error budget propagation, and replication across laboratories—secure its legitimacy as a sovereign law of radiance. This work positions radiance scaling as a universal identity, independent of legacy constants, and establishes a sovereign, auditable framework for post‑classical physics.
