Hephaistos as cognate with some Ancient Greek words meaning "fever" and 'moth", from "fiery, burning"

In this paper I propose that Hephaistos and its variants are cognate with some Ancient Greek words that meant "fever" and 'moth", from a root meaning "fiery, burning". Included also is a proposal for the etymology of Phaistos, an ancient fortified city and palace on Crete.
