Effects of exercise on behavior and hippocampal neuroinflammation in rat model of autism spectrum disorder
These findings suggest that the antidepressant effects of exercise may be mediated by reducing the number of microglia and inhibiting microglial activation and neuroinflammation in the hippocampus.
