Companion Paper to Collapse-Induced Time Asymmetry and the Emergence of Classical Reality

This repository accompanies the paper “Collapse-Induced Time Asymmetry and the Emergence of Classical Reality” and contains proof-of-principle numerical simulations exploring the proposed collapse–information–geometry mechanism. The simulations implement a stochastic, history-dependent collapse process in which each irreversible “pruning” event corresponds to the erasure of quantum alternatives. Information loss is accumulated as a persistent curvature field, which in turn biases future collapse events. Test particles evolving on this emergent curvature follow bent trajectories analogous to geodesic motion, despite having no direct coupling to the collapse dynamics themselves. These simulations demonstrate: a stable feedback loop between information erasure and emergent geometric structure, suppression of runaway collapse through curvature backreaction, the emergence of an effective arrow of time indexed by irreversible collapse events. The simulations are not intended as quantitative models of spacetime or gravity, nor as numerical solutions of Einstein’s equations. Rather, they serve as proof-of-principle demonstrations that the proposed theoretical framework is internally consistent, dynamically stable, and capable of generating emergent geometric effects from collapse-driven information loss. Across repeated runs and parameter variations, the qualitative behaviour is robust. The results are therefore repeatable and motivate further analytical development and more detailed numerical studies. Future work will extend these simulations to higher-dimensional visualisations and refined dynamical treatments.Collapse-Induced Time Asymmetry and the Emergence of Classical Reality paper is available at Zenodo 10.5281/zenodo.18823476
