Validación empírica de metodologías estructuradas basadas en evidencia y crítica de modelos pseudocientíficos en la gestión administrativa
This study compares the effectiveness of structured problem-solving methodologies with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and other non-verifiable models used in business management. Using a quantitative, cross-sectional, and correlational design, data from industrial and service organizations were analyzed with JASP and SOFA Statistics. The Chi-square test (χ² = 21.202; df = 3; p < .001) confirmed a significant association between the use of verifiable methodologies and improved key performance indicators. Eightyseven percent of companies applying these methods reported positive outcomes, compared to 60% that did not. In contrast, NLP lacks replicability and scientific grounding. The findings support evidence-based management as a standard integrating engineering, administration, and data science, defending rationality against corporate pseudoscience and linguistic manipulation.
