MODERN MECHANISMS FOR INVOLVING AGRICULTURAL LAND IN THE CIRCULATION

The article discusses modern mechanisms for involving agricultural land in circulation. According to the Food Security Doctrine of the Russian Federation, one of the most important tasks is the sustainable development of agricultural production in order to ensure the country's food independence. This cannot be achieved without effectively utilizing every hectare of agricultural land. The key mechanism is a comprehensive approach within the boundaries of administrative-territorial entities, with the development of working projects for specific types of land development.
