Practices of entanglement: mobile ecologies & collaborative place making across borders
This presentation outlines a regenerative and cross-border approach to creative place making, grounded in artistic research, ecological humanities, and collaborative mobile infrastructures. It highlights platforms such as xMobil, PostMobility, and Pixxelpoint as entangled, adaptive systems that activate sites, reveal hidden socio-ecological dynamics, and involve communities as co-creators. Emphasising mobility, accessibility, and long-term partnerships, the work frames places as living ecosystems shaped through shared imagination. It proposes inclusive, participatory formats and ecological responsibility as core conditions for developing future-oriented, collaborative cultural practices across regions.
