ABSTRACT : This study aims to examine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Earnings per Share (EPS) on the stock prices of companies included in the LQ45 index during the 2020–2024 period. The sampling method employed is purposive sampling, using secondary data obtained from the companies' annual financial statements. This study uses 19 companies as the research sample. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative effect on stock prices, Return on Assets (ROA) has no effect on stock prices, while Earnings per Share (EPS) has a positive effect on stock prices.
