Comparative assessment of the absorbency of wound dressings used in the removal of third molars of the lower jaw

The alginate dressing has significantly relatively high absorption properties, demonstrating functional stability in various environments, which makes it possible to recommend it as a reliable alternative to other wound dressings after complex removal of the third molar of the mandible and opens up prospects for evaluating its clinical effectiveness.
