PayMe Hub – Non-Gateway Payment Orchestration and Proof-of-Payment Validation System

PayMe Hub is a non-gateway-based payment orchestration and verification system designed for digital commerce environments where real-time card payment gateways are unavailable, unreliable, or impractical. The system enables profiles on a digital platform to present configurable, profile-specific payment options—including manual digital wallets, electronic funds transfer mechanisms, and similar payment channels—without acting as an intermediary payment gateway. Instead, payments are executed externally on the respective payment platforms, while PayMe Hub coordinates checkout selection, payment instruction presentation, proof-of-payment submission, and verification workflows. The system introduces a structured, configuration-driven approach to managing diverse payment methods across multiple profiles, allowing payment options to be activated or deactivated per profile and rendered dynamically during checkout. After payment execution outside the platform, users upload proof-of-payment artifacts, which are processed through a verification module that may include automated checks, manual review, or optional querying of external payment platforms. The architecture is designed to be gateway-agnostic and extensible, supporting future integrations with payment processors and verification services without altering the core checkout flow.
