The city and the city
Why would you see cities and trails when dreaming or getting high on hachís or yagé? The question of lateral moves and trails blazed into the city is central to this piece. A valid question, it’s argued, especially if there is a friend, a wordsmith anthropologist far away or an indigenous palabrero shaman preparing the concoction for you to dream a different poetics of urbanity. To do just that – dream a different poetics of urbanity, in the company of friends and readings between anthropology, art, jurisprudence, political philosophy and critique – and build heterotopias through fantastic critique is the aim of this essay.
