Dentine Farklı Kalınlıklarda Uygulanan Üç Farklı Kompozit Rezinin Makaslama Bağlanma Dayanımının Değerlendirilmesi: In Vitro Çalışma

Objective: The objective of this study is to evaluate the shear bond strengths of two dissimilar types of bulk fill composites, which use the bulk technique, along with a nanohybrid composite, which uses the incremental technique. Methods: Ninety human molars were extracted for experimentation, with enamel removed to expose the dentin layer. The teeth were divided into nine groups (n=10). Adhesive (Single Bond Universal) was applied to the dentin according to the manufacturer's instructions. Plastic molds with diameters of 3 mm and heights of 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm were used for the composite restorations. Filtek Z550 Nano Hybrid Universal Restorative, Filtek Bulk Fill Posterior Restorative, and Filtek Bulk Fill Posterior Flowable composite resins were applied using different techniques and thicknesses within each group. Shear bond strength was measured with a universal testing machine. Statistical analysis using one-way ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis H tests (p<0.05) was performed. Results: Results indicated a significant difference in shear bond strength with increment thickness (2 mm-3 mm / 2 mm-4 mm) for Filtek Bulk Fill Posterior Flowable (p=0.003). No significant difference was found between the other groups (p > 0.05). Conclusion: These findings suggest that the type of composite resin and the technique used affect shear bond strength, with Filtek Bulk Fill Posterior Flowable being more sensitive to variations in increment thickness compared to Filtek Z550 and Filtek Bulk Fill Posterior.
