Antenne à réseau phasée en bande X/Ku avec circuits intégrés
Active Phased Arrays are key enabling technologies for new telecommunications requirements, especially for 5G and SATCOM applications. A challenging task is the integration of efficient circuits for beamforming in the lattice of the radiating elements, typically spaced by λ/2. The quantization of phase state is also linked to the beam steering required, typically contained between +/-70 degrees. These requirements cause strong mutual coupling effects at the antenna level, resulting in impedance mismatch. The aim of this work deals with both design and integration of the different parts of the antenna.
