We present a theoretical analysis of the process <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <a:msubsup> <a:mi mathvariant="normal">Λ</a:mi> <a:mi>c</a:mi> <a:mo>+</a:mo> </a:msubsup> <a:mo stretchy="false">→</a:mo> <a:mi>p</a:mi> <a:msup> <a:mover accent="true"> <a:mi>K</a:mi> <a:mo stretchy="false">¯</a:mo> </a:mover> <a:mn>0</a:mn> </a:msup> <a:msup> <a:mi>π</a:mi> <a:mn>0</a:mn> </a:msup> </a:math> within the chiral unitary approach, with particular emphasis on the dynamically generated <g:math xmlns:g="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <g:mi>N</g:mi> <g:mo stretchy="false">(</g:mo> <g:mn>1535</g:mn> <g:mo stretchy="false">)</g:mo> </g:math> resonance. In addition to <k:math xmlns:k="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <k:mi>N</k:mi> <k:mo stretchy="false">(</k:mo> <k:mn>1535</k:mn> <k:mo stretchy="false">)</k:mo> </k:math> , our model incorporates contributions from other intermediate resonances including <o:math xmlns:o="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <o:mi>N</o:mi> <o:mo stretchy="false">(</o:mo> <o:mn>1650</o:mn> <o:mo stretchy="false">)</o:mo> </o:math> , <s:math xmlns:s="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <s:msup> <s:mi>K</s:mi> <s:mo>*</s:mo> </s:msup> <s:mo stretchy="false">(</s:mo> <s:mn>892</s:mn> <s:mo stretchy="false">)</s:mo> </s:math> , <w:math xmlns:w="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <w:msubsup> <w:mi>K</w:mi> <w:mn>0</w:mn> <w:mo>*</w:mo> </w:msubsup> <w:mo stretchy="false">(</w:mo> <w:mn>1430</w:mn> <w:mo stretchy="false">)</w:mo> </w:math> , <ab:math xmlns:ab="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <ab:mi>N</ab:mi> <ab:mo stretchy="false">(</ab:mo> <ab:mn>1440</ab:mn> <ab:mo stretchy="false">)</ab:mo> </ab:math> , and <eb:math xmlns:eb="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <eb:mi mathvariant="normal">Σ</eb:mi> <eb:mo stretchy="false">(</eb:mo> <eb:mn>1750</eb:mn> <eb:mo stretchy="false">)</eb:mo> </eb:math> . The calculated invariant mass distributions and Dalitz plot are in good agreement with the recent Belle measurements. Our analysis highlights the crucial role of <jb:math xmlns:jb="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <jb:mi>N</jb:mi> <jb:mo stretchy="false">(</jb:mo> <jb:mn>1535</jb:mn> <jb:mo stretchy="false">)</jb:mo> </jb:math> state in this decay channel and supports its interpretation as a dynamically generated state arising from coupled-channel meson-baryon interactions.
