Endoscopic Transoral Approach for Resection of Skull Base Rhabdomyosarcoma
Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is a childhood malignant tumor. Therapeutic options for RMS are a combination of surgery, chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. Surgery is the most important. Here we describe a pediatric case of an extracranial and intracranial RMS that was surgically resected via a pure endoscopic transoral approach (ETA).
