Prognostic effect of systemic inflammation in patients undergoing cytoreductive surgery and hyperthermic intrathoracic chemotherapy
In this study, NLR was found to be associated with survival in agreement with the existing literature, thereby distinguishing it from other inflammatory markers as a prognostic factor. In clinical practice, predicting patient prognosis based on pre-treatment NLR may provide a valuable guidance for treatment decision-making.
