HR 360°™ Conceptual and Structural Architecture

This record establishes the foundational conceptual architecture of the HR 360°™ framework developed by Prof. Mariana Usheva. HR 360°™ is a structured authorial framework integrating conceptual models and applied management instruments in the fields of human resource management, leadership, and organizational systems. It represents an integrated intellectual architecture rather than a conventional book series. The framework unfolds along two complementary lines: 1) HR 360°™ Concept SeriesResearch-based and methodological publications forming the theoretical and analytical foundation of the HR 360°™ architecture. 2) HR 360°™ SMARTBOOK SeriesPractice-oriented and implementation-driven formats designed for structured managerial application and educational use. This record functions as the formal architectural reference layer of the HR 360°™ research ecosystem, defining the conceptual and structural logic within which subsequent works are positioned. The record includes multilingual versions (English, Bulgarian, and Russian) of both the conceptual and visual architecture.
