Turbulent heat and mass transfer in Williamson nanofluid flow over gasketed-plate heat exchanger: Influence of exothermic catalytic-reaction and radiative-heat source

This analysis presents the influence of exothermic catalytic chemical reaction, Darcy-Brinkman-Forchheimer porous material, magnetic coating and radiated heat source for thermal management and excessive heat reduction over Gasketed-plate heat exchanger. The novelty of current analysis presents turbulent radiative heat transfer and turbulent motion of nanofluid using amplitude and oscillating stokes conditions. Steady, real and imaginary parts are developed to display oscillatory flow pattern of Williamson nanofluid. The amplitude in fluid velocity, temperature and concentration is displayed than other existing studied. The transient nonlinear mathematical model is solved using dimensionless variables, complex variables and primitive transformation. The numerical solution of turbulent and steady radiative heating performance and mass concentration is found using implicit finite-difference scheme in FORTRAN algorithm tool. The accuracy of all unknown physical quantities is derived through Gaussian elimination technique under periodical conditions. The influence of Forchheimer porous number, Eckert number, material parameter, radiation number, Richardson number and thermophoretic convection is used for amplitude and steady solutions. It is exhibited that increasing streamline and increasing thermal contours depend on small and large values of Forchheimer porous layer and viscous dissipation. High amplitude of flow dynamics and wall temperature enhances as Forchheimer porous layer is decreased. The achievable variations between the steady lines of heat and mass transfer are deduced under porous layer. High oscillations and turbulence of radiative heat amplitude and mass amplitude are found at maximum porous medium, viscous dissipation and material parameter.
