A Case Report of Severe Paediatric <scp>ARDS</scp> : Favourable Outcome With Early Combined <scp>HFOV</scp> and <scp>iNO</scp> in an <scp>ECMO</scp> ‐Unavailable Setting
Summary For severe PARDS caused by influenza B virus without ECMO access, early combined adjunctive therapies improve oxygenation and achieve favourable clinical outcomes. Severe PARDS requires personalised multidisciplinary intervention; combining available adjunctive treatments addresses complex pathophysiology better than single modalities. Combined adjunctive therapies show potential, but more high‐quality research is needed to optimise protocols and enhance treatment efficacy for severe PARDS patients.
