Sperm DNA fragmentation by Chromatin Dispersion Test (SCD) in a tagged subfertile male population, and its correlation with WHO 2021 sperm parameters.
A retrospective cohort of subfertile men attending a private infertility clinic for evaluation and clinical management. DNA Fragmentation index, sperm concentration, volume, morphology, and motility were evaluated in a single private infertility center in Mexico using the Chromatin Dispersion Test (CDT) and seminal parameters using the 2021 WHO criteria. Correlation between the study variables was analysed by Pearson’s correlation coefficient and linear logistic regression.
