Data Management Plan for Project "Prospective Study of Trace Elements in Breast Cancer Risk and Treatment Response"

This is a DMP for a prospective cohort study funded under the fundamental and applied research project programme (administrated by Latvian Council of Science). The project involves the collection and analysis of sensitive personal and health-related research data from 1500 participants (200 unaffected BRCA1/2 PV carriers, 400 unaffected high-riskindividuals, 500 unselected breast cancer cases, and 400 healthy controls).
