Inertial Load Redistribution Through Geometric Realization: A Scale-Consistent Structural Framework

In high-acceleration and extreme dynamic environments, structural failure is typically attributed to material limits or excessive external forces. However, failure often arises from localized inertial stress concentration rather than absolute acceleration magnitude. This paper introduces a scale-consistent framework for inertial load redistribution based on geometric realization principles. The proposed Model 4 reformulates inertia management as a problem of acceleration-field smoothness and structural routing rather than force reduction. The framework is developed mathematically using energy density and variational principles and mapped across atomic, nano, and macroscopic scales. The results demonstrate that stable operation in extreme environments can be extended through geometric acceleration distribution rather than material escalation.
