At the same time, the paper also discusses the challengesassociated with AI adoption, including lack of infrastructure, digital divide, and teacher training issues, ethicalconcerns, and data privacy risks. The research is based on secondary data collected from books, researcharticles, reports, and online sources. The findings reveal that while AI offers significant opportunities to enhancethe quality and relevance of commerce education, effective implementation requires proper planning, policysupport, and capacity building. The study concludes that AI, if used responsibly, can strengthen commerceeducation and prepare students for a technology-driven global economy.
