Results indicate a moderatebaseline knowledge (mean score ≈ 10.74/20, SD ≈ 3.4), a strong positive attitude toward learning andteaching personal finance, and statistically significant higher scores among teachers who had priorfinancial training (trained mean 13.2 vs untrained 9.1; t ≈ 11.01, p < 0.001). Where as very poor financialknowledge among the majority of the teachers who are not from commerce or economics background.Recommendations include rolling out a regionally adapted in-service teacher training program, curricularintegration, and follow-up assessment and support.
