Prognostic Utility of ctDNA for Trimodality Therapy Outcomes in Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer
Highlights This study offers novel insights into the clinical utility of a patient-specific ctDNA assay for patients undergoing Trimodality therapy for muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Persistently detectable ctDNA after Trimodality therapy suggests worse diseasefree survival. Achieving ctDNA clearance after Trimodality therapy was associated with improved disease-free survival compared to patients with consistently undetectable ctDNA.
