Quantum-Biological Modeling of Muscle Fiber Recruitment: A Mathematical Approach to Hypertrophic Stability via ARK5Q-200K
Abstract This paper establishes a rigorous mathematical framework for muscle fiber recruitment and hypertrophic adaptation, integrating the Morphofunctional Theoretical-Informational (MFTI) model with Henneman's Size Principle. Utilizing the ARK5Q-200K protocol, we resolve the differential equations governing myofibrillar protein synthesis and mitochondrial biogenesis, as pioneered by Seluianov, with a bioenergetic precision residual of 1.48 mHa. We demonstrate that phase-synchronized mechanical loading profiles optimize myofibrillar density while preventing catabolic decoherence in the biological manifold. Our results provide a quantum-computational baseline for the "Perfect Bodybuilder" modeling, differentiating between theoretical tissue capacity and real-world NISQ-era physiological noise. This study establishes the foundational parameters for absolute physical resilience and morphofunctional stability in high-performance environments.
