Optimal Tracking Performance of MIMO Cyber‐Physical Systems With Deception Attacks Under Channel Input Power Constraint

ABSTRACT This paper studies the Optimal Tracking Performance (OTP) of Cyber‐Physical Systems (CPSs) with dual‐channel communication constraints. The impact of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) under deception attacks with incomplete information is analyzed by game theory. The OTP of CPSs with the two‐degree‐of‐freedom (2DOF) controller is studied by the frequency‐domain method, together with coprime factorization and Youla parameterization techniques. The results show that the OTP of CPSs is influenced not only by the inherent characteristics of CPSs (unstable poles, non‐minimum phase zeros, and their direction vectors), but also by communication constraints (bandwidth constraints, packet loss, deception attacks, coding and decoding, and AWGN). Finally, several sets of numerical simulations verify the accuracy and validity of the obtained results.
