PSYCHOLOGY OF STUDENTS' PERSONALITY AND HARMONIOUS BEHAVIOR

The article theoretically analyzes the essence and role of psychologically harmonious motives in the personality development of students studying at higher educational institutions. The motivational environment of a personality is considered as the main factor determining the effectiveness of its educational activities, professional self-determination and social adaptation. The author substantiates the correspondence of internal and external motives of students as an important indicator of psychological harmony, reveals the structure, functions and place of harmonious motives in the educational process. In the article for the formation of harmonious motivation of students within the framework of a personality-oriented and competence-based approach, pedagogical and psychological conditions should include: The educational content must necessarily be related to the practical and professional context, which contributes to the purposeful and autonomous action of the student. The reflexive process, self-assessment, and psychological support mechanism help students strengthen their inner motivation and maintain emotional stability. The results of the research have theoretical and practical significance for improving the content and methods of teaching in the higher professional education system.
