Research on multi-dimensional evaluation indicators of frequency regulation control in wind-storage combined system considering multiple uncertainties
With the continuous increase in wind power penetration, wind-storage combined systems have played an increasingly important role in power system frequency regulation. However, multiple uncertain factors such as wind speed fluctuations and random load changes have significantly increased the complexity and risks of frequency regulation control. To scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of frequency regulation control strategies for wind-storage combined systems, this paper proposes a multi-dimensional evaluation index system. This system constructs quantitative indicators covering core elements such as dynamic performance before, during, and after frequency regulation from three dimensions: frequency regulation reserve dimension, frequency regulation strategy dimension, and frequency regulation effect dimension, achieving comprehensive and dynamic evaluation of frequency regulation control strategies. Simulation results show that the proposed index system can effectively distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of different control strategies in complex scenarios, providing an important basis for the optimal design and scientific decision-making of frequency regulation control schemes for wind-storage combined systems.
