DEBS-015 | Long-Term Clinical Outcomes After Drug-Coated Balloon Angioplasty Guided by Invasive Pressure Gradient in De Novo complex Coronary Artery Disease
Drug-coated balloons (DCB) preserve vessel physiology and avoid permanent scaffolds, offering a stent-sparing alternative to drug-eluting stents (DES). The success of DCB angioplasty critically depends on optimal lesion preparation, yet angiography alone may be insufficient to assess its adequacy. This study evaluated long-term outcomes of DCB angioplasty guided by invasive pressure gradient.
