The article examines the significance of the principle of individualized learning in modern education. Historical perspectives and the views of foreign and local educators are analyzed, highlighting the role of individualized instruction in improving educational quality and developing students' personalities. The relationship between the concepts of individualization and differentiation is revealed, and recommendations are provided for implementing an individualized approach in teaching geometry to students in grades 7–9.
