Warped Information Number (WIN) Paradigm: A Complete Information Theoretic Foundation for Physics

We introduce the Warped Information Number (WIN) Paradigm, a new measurementontology in which every physical observable is expressed directly as holographic informationcontent on a warped substrate. Traditional quantities (mass, energy, length, time, charge, curvature, etc.) are no longer fundamental; they are emergent projections of WIN, theWarped Information Number defined through the mutual information overlap, code distance, and persistence depth of the N = 64 SYK-Tensor substrate embedded in AdS5.The paradigm is built on seven rigorously derived axioms and a single Master ConversionTheorem that maps any classical or quantum observable to its exact WIN counterpart. All of20th century physics (GR, QFT, Standard Model, cosmology, condensed matter, metrology)is recovered exactly in the high-density limit, while new geometric and information-theoreticpredictions arise at accessible scales. The first concrete realization is the dark photon as a Kaluza-Klein gauge mode withkinetic mixing generated purely from wavefunction overlap, now measured in WIN units. Acomplete Master WIN Conversion Dictionary is provided, converting every standard physicsmeasurement into pure information units. This framework replaces the ontology of “matter” with the ontology of “protected holographic information,” offering a unified, predictive, and experimentally falsifiable Theory ofEverything
