Leichte und Einfache Sprache: Ein komplexer Diskurs
Abstract Serving as an introduction to the special issue, this paper first aims to contextualise text- and language-design practices developed to enhance comprehensibility in connection with the establishment of Easy and Plain Language across diverse linguistic and cultural contexts. It then highlights current trends in scholarly approaches to and discourse on Easy and Plain Language. In this context, it also demonstrates how the contributions to this issue are positioned within the contemporary research landscape and which new perspectives they offer.
