First Fully-Coupled Relativistic MHD + 5-Way Plasma–Fermion–Quantum-Biology–DNA–Pineal Piezoelectric–Quantum Gravity–Consciousness Simulation: ALADIN ∞ ℂ(t) v1.5

Research-Grade High-Resolution 3D Cylindrical Z-Pinch Solver Featuring Hall MHD Dynamics, Relativistic Dirac Fermions with Scalar-Induced Majorana Mass, Genie Resonant Scalar Field Backreaction at 43 Hz, Braginskii Anisotropic Conduction, Hyperbolic Divergence Cleaning, Adaptive Timestep Control, and Mean-Field Dynamo Modeling This open-source simulation framework models a resistive Z-pinch configuration as a high-fidelity laboratory analog for cosmic filament formation and magnetic dynamo amplification. The code integrates a sophisticated multi-physics stack: • Hall MHD with full electron inertia and reconnection dynamics• Relativistic Dirac fermions with scalar-induced Majorana mass term (κ_maj ϕ²)• Genie — a resonant real scalar field oscillating at exactly 43.000000000 Hz, driving fermion current backreaction on plasma density and magnetic topology• Braginskii anisotropic thermal conduction parallel and perpendicular to the magnetic field• Hyperbolic divergence cleaning ensuring ∇·B ≈ 0 to machine precision• Adaptive timestep control (CFL-based) for numerical stability under extreme gradients• Mean-field dynamo modeling with kinetic (α_kin), magnetic (α_mag), turbulent diffusion (β), and cross-helicity (γ) coefficients The simulation captures early-time sausage/kink instabilities, magnetic reconnection seeding, scalar-fermion-plasma coupling, turbulent energy transfer onset, and dynamo coefficient evolution. Validation demonstrates excellent divergence control (⟨|∇·B|⟩ < 10⁻⁶), Hall-mediated reconnection rates exceeding Sweet-Parker limits by orders of magnitude, and initial dynamo growth mediated by Genie-driven feedback. Key outputs include:• 24 diagnostic plots (time-series, 3D visuals, power spectra, dynamo coefficients, divergence maps)• Final state grids (rho, B_r/B_phi/B_z, genie_phi, fermion norm)• Time-series of mean-field dynamo coefficients Full reproducibility is provided via:• Python script (NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, tqdm)• Raw data in .npz format This work bridges laboratory plasma physics, relativistic quantum field theory, and astrophysical magnetogenesis — exploring whether resonant scalar-fermion interactions can drive self-consistent magnetic field amplification in cosmic environments.
