A Rare Case of Dermatofibrosarcoma-Like Tumour Arising From Uterine Cervix
Mesenchymal cervical tumours are rare, heterogenous and with poor prognosis.We report a rare case of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans-like fibrosarcoma of the cervix, managed with surgical excision and targeted therapy.These tumours show spindle cell proliferation with high atypia and diffuse CD34 positivity.Accurate recognition enables timely diagnosis, treatment, and prognostication.
