Feasibility of robot-assisted LVA under local anesthesia for arm lymphedema
Robot-assisted microsurgery may improve supermicrosurgical procedures, including lymphatic reconstruction mitigating fatigue and tremor. It remains unclear whether robot-assisted supermicrosurgery, using the Symani Surgical System(Medical Microinstruments, Calci, Italy) or the MUSA(MicroSure, Eindhoven, Netherlands), surpasses conventional surgery.1
