Electromagnetic Coupling of Piezoelectric/Ferrite Composite with Quasi-Periodic Structure, Initial Stress State and Maxwell-Wagner Relaxation

Analytical solutions are obtained for the tensors of the effective electromagnetic-thermoelastic properties of a composite with a quasiperiodic structure, taking into account the anisotropy of the disorder of inclusions relative to the corresponding ideal periodic structure in the generalized singular approximation of the periodic component method of statistical mechanics. The magnitude and anisotropy of the disorder of inclusions (fibers) are taken into account in the solution through the coefficients of periodicity and anisotropy of the disorder of inclusions relative to the corresponding ideal periodic structure, the effective properties of which are assumed to be known. For the case of isotropic disorder of inclusions, analytical solutions for the tensors of the effective electromagnetic-elastic and pyroelectric properties of a composite with a quasiperiodic structure are obtained as simple linear expansions of the sought solutions in terms of the known tensors of the corresponding effective properties for the periodic structure and for a statistical mixture using the periodicity coefficient. The results of numerical modeling of the frequency dependences of the electromagnetic coupling coefficients are presented, taking into account the given initial stress state and the Maxwell-Wagner relaxation of the electric fields of the structural elements of a quasiperiodic composite.
