STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF PART TIME JOBS ON STUDENTS ACADEMICS AND FINANCIAL STABILITY IN THE COIMBATORE CITY
Part-time work has emerged as a significant part of the student life in the modern evolving educational environment. Increasing education and living cost has influenced many students to combine part-time employment with their studies. This has altered how students cope with their academic duties, finances and personal lives. This paper focuses on how part-time employment has affected the academic performance and financial stability of Coimbatore City students. Students who took part-time jobs, their capacity to combine work and studies, and the difficulties they experience were analysed by both qualitative and quantitative methods. The research also concentrates on work hours, nature of the job and institutional support that affect general academic as well as economic well being of students
