The Unified Projection Framework (UPF)

The Unified Projection Framework extends Unified Primitive Theory to a complete Theory of Everything. UPT defines the primitive tensor, the invariant decomposition, the classical projection operators, and the torsion relation. These elements form the ontological core that generates the classical gravitational regime as a projection of the primitive. The Unified Projection Framework introduces the gauge projection and the quantum projection. These operators complete the projection algebra required to generate all physical regimes from the primitive. The extended algebra contains six projection operators. Each operator defines a structural regime. The gravitational regime, the gauge regime, the quantum regime, and the Standard Model regime arise as projection regimes of the primitive. UPF preserves the identity of UPT. The primitive tensor, the invariant decomposition, the classical projection operators, and the torsion relation remain unchanged. No new primitives are introduced. No external symmetry groups are required. No external quantization rules are required. The projection algebra alone generates the full physical structure. UPF provides the architectural completion of UPT. It defines the minimal projection structure required for a unified physical description. It establishes the Theory of Everything as a projection architecture rather than an additional ontology.
