Temperature‐Dependent Optical and Polaritonic Properties of Excitons in hBN‐Encapsulated Monolayer TMDs (Advanced Optical Materials 7/2026)
TMD Optical and Polaritonic Properties Revealed The temperature-dependent optical response of excitons in monolayer WS2, MoS2, WSe2 and MoSe2 TMDs is characterized in high-quality, hBN-encapsulated heterostructures, finding all four TMDs support surface-exciton-polaritons, with MoSe2 demonstrating the strongest optical and polaritonic response.
