Authentic Leadership and Job Embeddedness Among Clinical Nurses: Mediating Roles of Perceived Insider Status and Organisational Identification

This study distributed survey links in the WeChat groups of three hospitals, and collected research data under the principle of ensuring anonymity and informed consent.
