Synthese und Charakterisierung ausgewählter isotopenmarkierter Verbindungen in der SPME-Analytik Teil 2: 2-Aminoacetophenon, 2,4,6-Tribromanisol, 2-Methylisoborneol

Abstract Synthesis and Characterisation of Selected Isotope-Labeled Compounds in SPME Analysis - Part 2: 2-Aminoacetophenone, 2,4,6-Tribromoanisole, 2-Methylisoborneol . In order to reduce matrix effects that frequently occur in SPME analysis, the use of isotope-labeled compounds as internal standards in conjunction with mass spectrometric detection is often indispensable. However, the number of such substances commercially available is small compared to the large number of analytically relevant compounds. In some cases, this gap can be reduced or even closed by synthesizing the required substances in-house. In order to improve SPME analysis of the wine faults “cork,” “mold,” and “atypical aging note,” the substances required for this purpose, 2-methylisoborneol, 2,4,6-tribroomanisole, and 2-aminoacetophenone, were produced and purified in partially or fully deuterated form in this study. The compounds produced allow for flawless separation from the corresponding target substances in terms of both, chromatographic and mass spectrometric analyses. This enables accurate quantification of the corresponding compounds. In the syntheses, particular emphasis was placed on starting compounds that are relatively easy to obtain commercially.
